In this role, you'll actively manage multiple ongoing project sites, ensuring seamless execution that bridges design concepts with physical construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly move between project locations to monitor progress and promptly resolve site challenges.
• Translate architectural drawings into actionable tasks, directing site workers and scheduling upcoming work phases to align trades effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate daily progress reports and site logs, communicating updates to project leadership efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on-site to identify and prevent costly execution errors early.

Candidate Profile

• Possess completed diploma or basic course credentials in Architecture, Construction, Drafting, or Civil Engineering.
• Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of architectural principles, technical drawing interpretation, and site operations.
• Be highly mobile and self-driven, capable of independently managing daily travel between sites.
• Exhibit clear and authoritative communication skills to instruct work teams and candidly report progress to managers.
