Role Overview
The position involves directly attending to customers in a retail setting, effectively demonstrating products to prospective buyers, and managing inventory within the store.
Primary Duties
- Provide assistance and support to customers in the retail environment.
- Present and explain various products to customers to facilitate informed purchase decisions.
- Oversee and maintain proper inventory levels to ensure product availability and store organization.
- Communicate product prices accurately to customers.
- Work closely with the artisan (karigar) team to coordinate product-related activities.
