Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead and manage daily shift operations, ensuring excellent service and support for your team and customers.
• Prioritize tasks and delegate roles efficiently to maximize store profitability and smooth operations.
• Motivate and inspire your team to create positive customer and partner interactions, addressing challenges proactively to optimize the experience.
• Identify and utilize teaching moments to share best practices and foster continuous team learning.
• Manage daily operational duties, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure all team members comply with Starbucks' operational policies, including cash handling, safety, and security protocols.
• Maintain consistent quality in beverage and food preparation by adhering strictly to recipe, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals with prior experience in coaching or supervising in customer-focused settings. Backgrounds in retail or hospitality operations leadership are highly advantageous. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends is necessary due to store hours.
