Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to Bojangles' quality and safety policies, including correct cooking methods, product tracking, temperature logging, and waste control.
• Support the creation and execution of plans ensuring impeccable implementation of company standards.
• Handle guest payments accurately and provide correct change.
• Educate guests about menu items and answer their product inquiries.
• Perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, standing for long periods, and lifting items over 25 pounds as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.
• Passionate about customer service and assisting others.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Appreciates and engages effectively in team collaboration.
• Experience handling cash transactions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft software products.
