Job Role Summary

The Sheeter Operator will be responsible for operating and overseeing the sheeter and conveyor systems, loading feeders, and conducting regular quality assessments of crackers based on established formulas. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, GMP, and quality standards while ensuring smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve necessary supplies like salt from staging areas using a cart and position them at the workstation.
• Open ingredient bags and load contents into feeders and hoppers as needed.
• Continuously monitor the sheeter, topping hopper, dough levels, and conveyor performance; liaise with mixers and oven operators to maintain line speed and controls as per product specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections every half hour according to specific formulas.
• Support changeovers, end-of-run procedures, setups, and assist oven operators when necessary.

Working Hours

This full-time permanent position operates during the first shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of Bake End operations, including oven operation and dough mixing, is advantageous.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English, with basic math and measurement skills.
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks associated with the job.
