Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator to join our team immediately in Hyderabad. This role requires a professional with over 5 years of relevant SharePoint experience and at least 6 years overall in the field, ready to work rotational or night shifts.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain SharePoint environments, including both SharePoint Online and On-Premises platforms.
• Manage site collections, libraries, lists, content types, permissions, and access controls efficiently.
• Handle administration tasks and resolve technical issues promptly to meet service level agreements.
• Conduct monitoring of SharePoint health, capacity, and performance metrics to ensure reliability.
• Implement governance, compliance, and risk mitigation measures according to organizational policies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and document all processes and changes accurately.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and changes following ITIL protocols.

Required Skills

• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting SharePoint environments and managing permissions and access rights.
• Experience with SharePoint governance, compliance, and risk mitigation best practices.
• Ability to perform performance, health, and capacity monitoring for SharePoint platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies for incident and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and comprehensive documentation skills.

Additional Information

This position demands availability for night or rotational shifts. Immediate joiners are preferred.
