Role Overview
We invite enthusiastic and experienced professionals to express their interest in joining Accenture's team as a ServiceNow Developer, ITSM Consultant, or Architect. This role involves overseeing the implementation, customization, and continual maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to drive automation and optimize IT service management processes across diverse business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in all phases of ServiceNow implementation including gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring the platform, testing, and deployment.
- Configure various ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, and Change Management), IT Operations Management, HR Service Delivery, and more to meet business demands.
- Develop and manage integration points between ServiceNow and other enterprise software using technologies like REST and SOAP APIs.
- Create workflows, business rules, and automations to enhance process efficiency and user engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with IT teams, business units, and other ServiceNow specialists to ensure solutions align with company objectives.
- Offer post-deployment support including troubleshooting and platform maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, business processes, and implemented solutions, adhering to ITIL standards and best practices.
- Assist in applying platform upgrades, security patches, and new ServiceNow releases to maintain stability and enhance features.
- Provide training and support to end users and junior team members to facilitate seamless adoption.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Consultant, or Administrator.
- Strong grasp of ITSM practices including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery, IT Operations Management, Virtual Agent, and Application Portfolio Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting tools including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
- Experience in developing integrations for ServiceNow utilizing REST, SOAP, and related web service technologies.
- Sound knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile development methodologies.
Desired Attributes
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Performance Analytics, Orchestration, and Security Incident Response modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with interpersonal abilities.
