Located at 7536 Knoxville Rd, Lizella, Georgia, Mr. Handyman of E. Nashville & Hendersonville is inviting skilled handyman professionals to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial projects ranging from two hours up to two days in duration.
• Consult with customers to clarify their needs, provide recommendations, and manage expectations regarding project scope and cost.
• Deliver exceptional service consistently following the Mr. Handyman Way to build lifelong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Performance Evaluation

• Customer satisfaction will be measured through surveys after each job, requiring both high response and satisfaction rates.
• Meet revenue goals by maintaining ongoing service relationships and identifying additional customer needs.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, handle procurement of necessary materials, and collect payments effectively.
• Maintain a low recall rate by performing all work correctly on the first visit, with a one-year guarantee on all jobs.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a self-starter capable of managing tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills to provide outstanding customer service, obtain reviews, and handle payments.
• Proficient in using technology and following the company’s documented procedures.
• Safety-conscious, wearing appropriate PPE and using booties to protect customer homes.

Minimum Requirements

• Residency within the local area.
• A minimum of 8 years’ paid experience as a handyman.
• Own a comprehensive set of tools.
• Eligible for insurable status to operate company vehicles.
• Pass background and driving record checks.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and safely work at heights or overhead for extended periods.
• Maintain professional appearance and upkeep of company vehicle.

Technical Skills

• Strong abilities in at least three of the following: carpentry, bathroom or kitchen improvements, interior and exterior painting, drywall repairs, general plumbing and electrical work as permitted, floor installation and refinishing, and knowledge of building codes.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay for this position ranges from $20 to $25 per hour determined by your handyman expertise and breadth of experience in related maintenance fields such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall.
