CoderCo is an expanding technology firm focusing on DevOps, Cloud, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security sectors. It boasts a reputable brand and has a community of over 1,000 technical professionals, preparing to launch its own recruitment division.
Role Overview
This position offers a unique chance to establish and lead a dedicated technology recruitment division from inception. You will not follow previous frameworks but will create new market strategies, business development plans, tools, and procedures. The role involves owning the complete recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a specialized technology recruitment segment from the ground up.
- Identify and secure new recruitment clients by proactively engaging target companies.
- Establish relationships with senior technical stakeholders, including CTOs and Heads of Engineering.
- Negotiate business terms to obtain new job vacancies.
- Collect technical job requirements and provide relevant market insights to clients.
- Leverage the existing network to present suitable candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes until final placement.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Direct the improvement and customization of recruitment tools, procedures, and commercial strategy.
- Recruit and manage a team as the division expands.
Candidate Profile
- At least four years of experience in agency technology recruitment.
- A proven track record managing a complete 360 recruitment desk.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and securing vacancies.
- Experience in placing candidates within technology sectors.
- Strong expertise in outbound business development via phone, email, and professional networks.
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating new business relationships.
- Commercially minded, resilient, driven to establish operations from scratch.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Expertise in DevOps, Cloud, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cyber Security recruitment is highly preferred.

- Salary between AED 15,000 and AED 20,000 per month, plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
