Role Overview

This position offers a unique chance to establish and lead a dedicated technology recruitment division from inception. You will not follow previous frameworks but will create new market strategies, business development plans, tools, and procedures. Key Responsibilities

  • A proven track record managing a complete 360 recruitment desk.

  • Comfortable with cold calling and initiating new business relationships.

  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Expertise in DevOps, Cloud, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cyber Security recruitment is highly preferred.
