Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee project and program initiatives within the Global Dispute Processing System (VROL) PMO based in Singapore. This role supports a team focused on AI research and development and innovation, aiming to create new or improved products, services, and processes for the VROL system. This position also supports broader program management efforts within the VROL Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong professional working relationships within the VROL team.
- Lead the integration and continuous enhancement of PMO GenAI tools and agents into the Agentic Tool Chain to facilitate real-time monitoring and reporting of delivery metrics.
- Respond swiftly, seamlessly, and professionally to dynamic and urgent problem situations.
- Maintain program governance by accurately and promptly reporting financials, delivery status, and audit requirements across multiple teams to program leadership and portfolio operations.
- Promote a culture of continuous process improvement by establishing KPIs, tracking progress effectively, and leveraging program successes.
- Own project planning and the production of project documentation, including status and milestone reports.
- Provide comprehensive updates and accurate reporting to all PMO stakeholders, the broader VROL team, and beyond.
- Identify and manage program risks and issues, providing timely mitigation updates and actions.
- Coordinate and support meetings related to projects and work streams, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and distribution of relevant documents.
Work Environment
This position requires at least three days per week onsite in Singapore; specific days will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years with an advanced degree (Master's, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD; alternatively, 11+ years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred qualifications include 9+ years with a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
- Experience using GenAI tools as part of daily project management functions.
- Background managing AI R&D projects utilizing advanced GenAI development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially developing complex Excel models and PowerBI dashboards.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in communications, with sound judgment on confidential or sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-service oriented and effective at collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, solution-focused approach, always looking to add value.
- Strong leadership presence with an approachable and confident personality.
