Position Overview
We are recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and enhance end-to-end recruitment processes while managing a geographically distributed team. This is a full-time remote opportunity offering an annual salary range from $70,000 to $110,000. The role focuses on optimizing talent acquisition systems across various business units globally and driving efficiency in hiring practices.
Key Duties
- Develop and implement effective, scalable recruitment workflows to improve candidate sourcing and onboarding efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies align with organizational goals and business requirements.
- Utilize hiring data and analytics to identify areas for process enhancement, aiming to shorten time-to-fill metrics.
- Oversee the use and upkeep of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Manage partnerships with staffing agencies and external vendors to secure economical and productive hiring solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience working with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics platforms.
- Ability to leverage data for making informed recruitment decisions and optimizing hiring processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities across different teams.
- Knowledge of compliance standards in international talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication capabilities to facilitate coordination between internal departments and external partners.
