Senior SAP Basis Administrator

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned SAP Basis Administrator with a minimum of 9 years' experience in SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will possess practical knowledge in SAP implementations, migrations, upgrades, SAP S/4HANA, HANA Administration, Solution Manager, landscape and infrastructure design, along with Basis Administration skills. This role involves offering SAP Basis technical guidance and leadership while supporting continuous 24x7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical leadership and expertise in SAP Basis for the development and rollout of SAP solutions.
• Manage complete SAP Basis implementations, including migrations across Data Center, Cloud, OS/DB platforms, and software upgrades.
• Design SAP system landscapes, infrastructure, client strategies, and oversee capacity planning.
• Develop and implement strategies for High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup and Recovery, and optimize storage solutions.
• Act as the principal expert and key contact for SAP architectural frameworks.
• Support SAP Business Suite, SAP S/4HANA, HANA Administration tasks, Solution Manager, alongside other SAP and third-party applications.
• Effectively communicate technical challenges, plans, and solutions to stakeholders from both business and technical viewpoints, detailing advantages and disadvantages of proposed options.
• Engage actively in 24x7 support and extended-hour operational tasks.
