Overview
At Toitū Envirocare, based in Auckland or Wellington, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Reporting Analyst to transform data into impactful insights that support enhanced decision-making. This pivotal position involves handling diverse datasets—financial, operational, customer, and market—and working collaboratively with business leaders to convert complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives sound, forward-thinking decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data models and interactive dashboards.
- Perform advanced data analysis and storytelling to communicate insights effectively.
- Partner with stakeholders across functions to understand reporting and analytics needs.
- Translate raw data into structured, consumable information supporting business strategies.
Experience and Qualifications
- More than 5 years in senior or specialist roles in reporting, business intelligence, or analytics.
- Comprehensive experience managing the full data lifecycle: integration, modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and familiar with tools like SSRS, SAS, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Skilled in handling financial, operational, and market datasets to influence business outcomes.
- Ability to craft and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder requirements.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder relationship skills, coupled with the ability to influence decision-making at various levels.
- Self-driven with strong attention to detail and strategic focus.
- Tertiary qualifications or technical certifications related to analytics or data science are desirable.

- Advanced analytical skills including diagnostic reviews, predictive models, and scenario planning.

- Commitment to continuous enhancement of reporting, analytics, and business process efficiency.
