- Engage deeply with users to comprehend their workflows, leveraging this insight to iteratively enhance the product.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives across machine learning, engineering, and scientific teams, making critical decisions on development focus and stakeholder alignment.
- Design an ecosystem and integration approach ensuring seamless connectivity with third-party systems including applications, IMS, lab systems, and AI infrastructure, emphasizing platform and API strategies.
Candidate Profile

- Strong user-centric mindset, dedicating substantial time to understanding customer needs and collecting data to guide product decisions.
- Commercially savvy, capable of converting pilot initiatives into enduring contracts with institutional or enterprise healthcare and life sciences clients.
- Decisive and proactive, adept at making informed decisions under uncertainty and knowing when to proceed or pause on releases.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clarify ambiguous situations and build consensus among diverse groups.
Employee Benefits
- Competitive salary and 30 days of vacation annually, with flexible working hours and remote work options.
- Annual learning and development budget of €1,000 plus 2 dedicated learning days, alongside language courses and a mentoring program.
- Family and pet-friendly policies coupled with flexible parental leave.
- Subsidies for transportation, sports, wellbeing memberships, and access to company social events.
- Optional pension plan opportunities.
