Role Overview
This senior managerial position requires you to convert market intelligence, performance analytics, and competitive research into actionable business narratives and assessments to aid business development, portfolio growth, and executive decision-making within Tamer Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze IMS/IQVIA and internal data to uncover market trends, growth factors, risks, and competitive environment.
- Contribute to identifying and framing opportunities for new partnerships and strategic expansion.
- Develop clear business insights and recommended actions based on market dynamics.
- Craft persuasive, data-supported narratives for business development and partner engagement.
- Lead creation of strategic value propositions to position the company effectively with global partners.
- Prepare impactful presentations for board meetings, executives, and partner discussions ensuring clarity and commercial relevance.
- Oversee monthly performance reports including market share and growth insights, translating data into compelling business stories.
- Assist business development with market narratives and materials including pitch decks and business cases emphasizing Tamer Healthcare’s pharma capabilities.
Experience and Skills Required
- 10 to 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, preferably within marketing, brand management, or commercial roles.
- Strong background in market analysis and performance reporting with preference for Saudi or GCC market expertise.
- Exceptional skills in executive storytelling, communication, and translating data into strategic insights.
- Commercial acumen complemented by business development exposure.
- High attention to detail with an ability to simplify complex data and information.
- Effective stakeholder management and influence capabilities.
Language Proficiency
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
