Senior Account Executive

About the Role

Phoenix Associates Realty is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive based in Pune, Maharashtra. The role focuses on managing everyday financial operations including ledger management, reconciliations, GST and TDS compliance, and report generation. The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise with accounting software like Tally and a thorough understanding of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting entries and preserve precise financial documentation.
• Use Tally and other accounting tools to administer accounting functions.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable processes.
• Conduct consistent reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor and customer ledgers.
• Prepare and audit invoices, vouchers, payment postings, and accounting reports.
• Manage GST and TDS compliance including filing for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Maintain ledgers ensuring accuracy and balanced accounts.
• Generate regular accounting reports and deliver financial data to leadership.
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding account transactions.
• Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards and record maintenance.

Candidate Requirements

• Age between 23 to 50 years.
• Open to all genders.
• Educational qualification: Graduate.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
