Job description
About the Role
This position is based in Singapore and involves onboarding new participants as well as delivering operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network-to-network partners. A crucial part of the role is to actively manage and escalate risks and issues that could impact customers, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to acquirers, network partners, issuers, and processors, performing necessary research to resolve queries.
- Coordinate and manage efforts during the semi-annual release process for participants.
- Analyze the complete transaction processing cycle, identify issues, and troubleshoot acceptance complaints effectively.
- Be prepared to travel up to 10% of the time when required.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with at least 4 years in payments or financial services.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience specifically related to payments or financial services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supporting business development teams and assisting with onboarding new franchises.
- Technical knowledge related to payment system networks, issuers, and processors.
