Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Secondary English Teacher to join our academic team. This role involves planning and delivering lesson content in line with the CBSE curriculum, helping students improve their English language skills, critical thinking, and preparing them for advanced studies and career readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured English lessons that promote student engagement and active learning.
• Create lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum standards ensuring educational consistency.
• Assess and monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain detailed academic records.
• Maintain classroom discipline by enforcing school policies to support a positive and safe learning environment.
• Maintain effective communication with students, peers, and parents about academic progression and concerns.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate with fellow educators to improve teaching practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Postgraduate degree (Master's) in English, Education, or a related discipline with a B.Ed certification.
• Experience of 4 to 8 years in teaching English at the secondary level.
• Proven command of English language, grammar, vocabulary, and literature analysis.
• Teaching certifications or licenses suitable for secondary education are required.
