Tanmiah Food Company (TFC), part of Al Dabbagh Group founded in 1962, is a leading food and agriculture manufacturer and distributor. The company is focused on expanding internationally while enhancing its logistics capabilities and product range.

Role Overview

The position aims to meet sales and collection goals by fostering strong relationships with customers, maintaining consistent market engagement, and applying technical knowledge in large animals vaccines and medications. The goal is to support divisional growth and strengthen the company's standing as a trusted, preferred supplier aligned with DHV’s strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly and yearly sales, margin, and collection targets for designated territories and products according to company policies and ethical standards.
  • Implement structured sales plans including regular client calls, visits, and CRM updates.
  • Seek out new business with dairy, beef, equine, camel farms, distributors, wholesalers, veterinary clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Maintain proper product mix and pricing compliance.
  • Promote the complete range of products using cross-selling and up-selling based on customer needs and technical fit.
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and field events in assigned areas.
  • Use technical knowledge and data to effectively close sales.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop trustful relationships with veterinarians, farm owners, and decision-makers with professionalism and openness.
  • Regularly visit farms and clinics to understand challenges and propose customized solutions both technical and commercial.
  • Act as a dependable contact for product details, pricing, orders, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Resolve complaints swiftly coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Provide management with timely market and competitor insights.

Technical Support

  • Offer guidance on vaccine and medication usage, handling, and storage protocols.
  • Assist with disease prevention and vaccination planning.
  • Provide product presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure accurate communication of product benefits.

Market Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track market trends, competition, and customer input.
  • Report sales data, forecasts, and insights accurately to management.
  • Identify risks and opportunities impacting demand and customer performance.
  • Maintain current customer records and visit reports in approved systems.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company and regulatory standards for veterinary products.
  • Promote responsible use of vaccines and medications according to animal health norms.
  • Follow proper cold chain and product handling procedures during sales and delivery.
  • Support pharmacovigilance and quality reporting when needed.

Collaboration and Development

  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance for product availability and timely collections.
  • Engage in marketing campaigns, field trials, and educational programs.
  • Assist in product launches and special projects as directed by management.
  • Help improve sales practices and customer service quality continuously.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of large animal health and disease management.
  • Expertise in technical and consultative sales.
  • Proficient in product application, handling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to support farm-level biosecurity and health programs.
  • Diploma or equivalent in animal health or agriculture is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, agriculture, or related field is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in animal vaccines, veterinary medicines, or health products with proven territory management and sales achievement.
  • Professional certification in animal health products or veterinary pharmaceuticals is advantageous.

Additional Details

  • Working hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Job duration noted as from 9/8/2026 to 9/9/2026.
