About the Role
Tea Triangle Private Limited seeks a motivated and experienced Sales Officer to broaden market reach for its FMCG brand, Vutez. The candidate must possess substantial field sales expertise within the FMCG sector and demonstrate a successful track record in driving business growth through retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
This position demands frequent market visits around Kolkata and surrounding districts.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and cultivate relationships with new distributors and retailers.
- Meet monthly sales and collection targets consistently.
- Expand market presence and enhance product visibility.
- Forge and sustain strong connections with key retail and distribution partners.
- Guarantee product availability and proper display within assigned territories.
- Conduct routine field visits to discover new sales opportunities.
- Track competitor movements and relay relevant market insights.
- Prepare daily work and sales reports promptly.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years and up to 5 years of direct FMCG field sales experience.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Capable of working autonomously to achieve set sales goals.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Kolkata and neighboring district markets is essential.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in Tea, Food, Beverages, Dairy, Snacks, or Grocery FMCG products.
