Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media reels content without showing the face, focusing on voice-over and script responsibilities.
• Utilize and respond to inquiries via the IndiaMART portal efficiently.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to build relationship and closure.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing abilities over phone channels.
• Hands-on experience in social media marketing, reel content creation, and familiarity with IndiaMART operations.
• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade pass or any graduate degree.
• Preferable experience in digital marketing, social media content creation, telesales, or customer handling.
