Sales Executive - Telesales

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to enhance our expanding team. In this role, you will proactively contact potential customers via phone, understand their requirements, and offer products and services that best fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients for product and service promotion and sales.
• Identify customer requirements, deliver precise information, and suggest appropriate offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat purchases.
• Achieve and surpass set sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Continuously update knowledge of product features, special offers, and pricing adjustments.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in telesales or inside sales roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidently manage objections and successfully close sales deals.
• Self-driven, motivated by targets, and comfortable working under performance-based conditions.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage.
• Fundamental English language skills.
• Strong communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Completion of 12th grade or higher, with diploma or graduation qualifications preferred.
