Role Purpose

The Room Attendant is a key member of the Housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining immaculate guest rooms with precision and attention to detail. This role involves more than cleaning; it requires cooperation within the team and assisting guests, ensuring each visitor leaves with a memorable hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including linen changes, bathroom cleaning, and surface wiping, to uphold high presentation standards.
• Adhere strictly to housekeeping protocols to maintain impeccable cleanliness levels.
• Organize and replenish housekeeping carts efficiently.
• Handle cleaning supplies responsibly while following safety guidelines.
• Protect guest privacy and security at all times.
• Promptly report any maintenance concerns to support seamless operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning or as a room attendant is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills conveying warmth and friendliness to guests and coworkers.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management capabilities.
• Physical stamina for moving between rooms, including utilizing stairs and open pathways.
• Ability to collaborate well with a diverse workforce.
• Dependable transportation and willingness to work varied shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
