About the Role
Neomanav Robotics Private Limited is engaged in developing humanoid robots for industrial applications in Indian factories. We are looking for Robot Support Technicians who will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of these robots, ensuring smooth operations, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues when they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up robot hardware prior to operation runs, confirming readiness.
- Operate and supervise the robot software stack on Linux systems.
- Analyze failure logs to diagnose problems during robot runs.
- Document issues and provide accurate data reports for the engineering team.
- Travel to factory sites for robot deployment and support.
Candidate Requirements
- Comfortable working alongside physical machinery in industrial settings.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts either from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, five days a week.
- Willingness to travel to various customer locations as needed.
- Proficiency in reading logs and interpreting system diagnostics.
Work Location and Schedule
The role requires on-site presence at Electronic City & HSR areas in Bengaluru, with regular travel to customer sites. Shift options include 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, five days per week.
Selection Process
Candidates undergo an online aptitude test, followed by a telephonic interview. Successful candidates will participate in a 3 to 4-day training program culminating in a live robot trial before final selection.
