Role Overview

Staycity Group is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Revenue Executive to support the Revenue team with essential day-to-day operations. Working closely with the Revenue Director, Revenue Managers, and Revenue Analyst, the role helps keep data accurate, supports commercial activity, and ensures smooth revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily running of revenue operations by keeping rates, inventory, and availability correct across all distribution channels.
  • Make sure pricing, booking channels, and revenue systems remain accurate, current, and fully functional.
  • Review daily business pickup, track performance trends, and flag potential opportunities or risks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and commercial analysis for business reviews, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Maintain revenue systems, competitor information, and market data to support pricing decisions.
  • Assist with commercial campaigns, promotions, and strategic projects across the portfolio.
  • Help launch new hotels by setting up revenue systems, pricing, and inventory for a smooth opening.
  • Build and update standard operating procedures to improve consistency and support continuous improvement in the Revenue function.
  • Partner with Revenue Managers, Marketing, and hotel teams to meet commercial goals and share good practices.
  • Step in with flexible support across the portfolio during busy periods, projects, or team absences.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related area, or equivalent vocational experience.
  • Prior experience in hotel revenue, reservations, or commercial support is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organisation and a careful, structured approach to work.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability, including spotting patterns and anomalies in data.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency; Power BI experience is beneficial.
  • Experience with hotel revenue management systems, property management systems such as OPERA, revenue tools, and channel management platforms.
  • Familiarity with OTA extranets such as Booking.com and Expedia.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks well, and stay proactive in a fast-moving setting.
  • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the wider Revenue team.
  • Genuine interest in hotel revenue management, commercial performance, and ongoing improvement.
