Retail Sales Executive (FMCG)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Executive to join Bake Studio Foods Private Limited at our Meerut location. This role involves direct customer interactions in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) bakery outlet, focusing on delivering excellent service and maintaining product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and provide prompt, courteous service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Assist clients in choosing from a variety of bakery items and accurately process their orders.
• Handle billing operations including cash and UPI payments with precision to ensure accurate transactions.
• Ensure bakery products are displayed attractively, maintain cleanliness of the outlet, and guarantee freshness of the inventory.
• Properly package bakery goods and hand over orders efficiently to customers.
• Monitor stock levels vigilantly and notify the outlet manager about any low inventory situations.
• Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to hygiene, customer service, and product management.
• Contribute to daily outlet operations and strive towards meeting sales targets effectively.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities and strong customer interaction skills.
• Familiarity with billing systems or Point of Sale (POS) operations.
• A positive mindset combined with eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Previous experience in a bakery or retail environment is advantageous but not essential.
