Role Purpose

Your demonstrations tailored to individual needs enhance the customer journey, contributing to both their satisfaction and our commercial success.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in customer service or similar environments
• Strong sales techniques with a proven ability to achieve commercial objectives
• Collaborative team participation and contribution experience
• Empathy-driven interpersonal skills fostering positive, inclusive experiences
• Open-mindedness coupled with curiosity to understand diverse viewpoints and communicate without bias
• Effective verbal communication and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with skincare products and the industry considered a plus
• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home goods advantageous
