Role Purpose
As a Retail Consultant, you represent our commitment to engaging thoughtfully with customers, listening carefully, and directing them to personalized product solutions. Welcoming patrons into our stores, you create meaningful interactions that deepen their connection to our products. Your demonstrations tailored to individual needs enhance the customer journey, contributing to both their satisfaction and our commercial success.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in customer service or similar environments
- Strong sales techniques with a proven ability to achieve commercial objectives
- Collaborative team participation and contribution experience
- Empathy-driven interpersonal skills fostering positive, inclusive experiences
- Open-mindedness coupled with curiosity to understand diverse viewpoints and communicate without bias
- Effective verbal communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with skincare products and the industry considered a plus
- Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home goods advantageous
