Role Overview

The Montenotte is seeking a friendly and professional Host to join both the Breakfast and Dinner teams. The role centers around creating a welcoming atmosphere for dining guests and ensuring smooth seating and dining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Identify guests’ dining and lodging needs promptly and efficiently.
• Manage seating arrangements and maintain an up-to-date seating chart.
• Oversee restaurant activity to optimize seating and dining flow.
• Respond courteously and effectively to guest inquiries and requests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Support team members with side tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and silverware management.
• Collaborate across departments to sustain positive working relationships.
• Adhere strictly to established Food & Beverage brand service standards.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally, prioritizing guest satisfaction while escalating incidents to management as needed.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout dining and bar areas.
