Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager based in Dubai with a hybrid work model, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships after the initial sale. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients experience a seamless and valuable journey with Cosmos throughout their engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients from onboarding through to renewal, acting as their primary contact.
• Ensure clients maximize the benefits of the platform and their chosen service plans.
• Guide clients through compliance deadlines to avoid stress and ensure timely adherence.
• Identify opportunities for clients to expand services, such as new entities, jurisdictions, or additional offerings, and coordinate as needed.
• Address issues promptly by handling escalations and rebuilding trust.
• Maintain accurate client records and account status within the Attio system.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and sustain trust.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple client relationships simultaneously without drop-off.
• Commercially aware, confident in managing contract renewals and promoting service expansions.
• Interest in business structures and operations is important.
