Regional Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Nearmap is transforming property intelligence through advanced aerial imagery, AI-powered analytics, and geospatial tools, empowering professionals in planning, construction, insurance, and governance. We seek a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to lead account-based marketing initiatives specifically for our AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) and Government sectors within Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategic one-to-one (1:1) and one-to-few (1:Few) Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting Nearmap’s top priority accounts across ANZ.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to develop comprehensive joint account plans, including buying committee mapping, shared objectives (OKRs), program strategies, and ongoing review cycles.
• Customize global campaign content, assets, messaging, and nurture sequences to cater specifically to ANZ accounts.
• Proactively respond to intent signals provided by 6Sense in partnership with AE teams to align marketing and sales efforts when accounts show engagement.
• Manage the ANZ field events calendar for AECO and Government segments, ensuring alignment of each event with targeted account lists, pipeline goals, and follow-up strategies.
• Oversee event budgets for the region, planning quarterly expenditures and evaluating return on investment.
• Engage as an integral partner with AECO and Government sales leadership, participating in pipeline reviews and crafting initiatives to advance stalled opportunities.
• Coordinate outreach efforts by Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to complement ABX programs and intent-based triggers.
• Relay field insights to Global Campaign and Portfolio Marketing teams to refine messaging based on ANZ buyer feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience in field marketing, ABX, or demand generation within B2B SaaS or technology organizations, with proven impact on account-level pipeline growth.
• Comprehensive event management skills from strategy development to execution and performance evaluation.
• Strong expertise in ABX practices, including development and execution of 1:1 and 1:Few programs in tandem with sales teams.
• Established credibility and effective collaboration with sales leadership.
• Preferably experienced in AECO-related markets within ANZ, such as construction, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, or commercial real estate.
• Ability to independently operate regional ABX initiatives without dedicated support.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and 6Sense platforms, utilizing intent data and CRM signals daily to prioritize and activate campaigns.

Work Environment and Schedule

The position is based in Nearmap’s Sydney office with a hybrid work model requiring two anchor days onsite each week. Close collaboration with regional AECO and Government sales teams is required, with occasional early meetings to coordinate with North American teams.
