About the Role

CareerUS Solution, based in Ahmedabad, is seeking a Recruiter specialized in US staffing to join their team full-time. This position requires working night shifts aligned with US working hours and welcomes candidates ranging from freshers to those with up to three years of experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews of candidates to assess suitability.
• Thoroughly understand hiring requirements from clients to find the best-fit candidates.
• Arrange candidate interviews and maintain timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep detailed records of candidates and manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers as well as candidates with experience up to three years.
• Proficient English communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Strong skills in sourcing candidates and persistent follow-up to maintain engagement.
• Target-driven mindset coupled with eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work comfortably during night shifts corresponding to US time zones.
