Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Recovery Executive, you will be responsible for conducting field visits to residential and commercial locations to ensure the punctual recovery of pending EMIs and dues. Your role involves maintaining professional client interactions to motivate timely payment, collecting payments through both cash and digital channels, and issuing immediate official receipts for all collections.
You are also required to prepare and submit daily reports highlighting visits made, collections achieved, and cases that remain pending to the Manager. Keeping the database up to date by tracking the latest addresses and contact information of clients who are difficult to reach is a crucial part of your duties. All recovery procedures must adhere strictly to organizational policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
