About the Role

This is a permanent position for an experienced Quantity Surveyor based in Bicester, specializing in residential groundworks. The role involves working within a commercial team at a successful company with an annual turnover of £20 million, supporting multiple ongoing and tendering projects. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, benefits including a car allowance or company car, paid holidays, and access to a pension scheme. Key Responsibilities

• Maximize profitability of contracts through effective management.
• Prepare accurate quotations for clients concerning project variations.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of residential groundworks activities.
• Generate detailed monthly reports on costs and project values.
• Perform all daily functions typically expected of a Quantity Surveyor.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor specifically in residential groundworks.
• Strong time management capabilities to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Competence in value engineering methodologies.
• Proficient use of Microsoft software suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
