Python Developer - Generative AI

About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring experienced Python developers who have strong hands-on exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. This role is based in Chennai and is intended for professionals who can contribute to building and implementing modern AI-driven applications.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI models and related algorithms using approaches such as GPT, VAE, GAN, and LLM-based techniques.
• Work on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods to enrich model outputs with context.
• Apply prompt engineering practices to improve response quality and relevance.
• Use established GenAI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain to develop solutions.
• Keep track of developments in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and identify ways to use them in projects.
• Develop Python-based integrations for LLMs, including use of APIs and prompt handling to produce desired outputs.
• Build or support applications using Python web frameworks such as Flask or FAST.

Interview Details

The interview will be held face to face on 11 July 2025, Saturday, in Chennai. No virtual interview option is available.
