Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all public spaces including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, staircases, and service areas.
• Consistently uphold hotel cleanliness standards in line with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely restocking of amenities and supplies in public restrooms, guaranteeing availability and functionality.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost items to relevant departments immediately.
• Operate cleaning machinery such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to assist with additional tasks during busy periods or special events.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, hygiene protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Present a professional image with appropriate grooming and positive demeanor at all times.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of two years' experience in a comparable role within hospitality or related sectors.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to remain composed in stressful situations.
• A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Friendly, approachable, and a team-oriented personality.
