Overview
This opportunity is exclusively available to candidates who are nationals of NATO member countries, supporting a rapidly expanding aerospace and defence technology company. The focus is on advancing propulsion systems for strategic aerospace applications, working at the cutting edge of propulsion innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and advancement of sophisticated propulsion technologies.
- Conduct and interpret testing programs, experiments, and performance verification activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Help facilitate the transition from prototype designs to mass manufacturing.
- Address technical problems by implementing feasible engineering solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test outcomes, technical discoveries, and development processes.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts related to both engineering and production workflows.
- Support investigation of root causes and corrective measures derived from testing and operational input.
Required Qualifications
- An academic degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of propulsion systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, combustion processes, or similar engineering concepts.
- Previous experience in development, testing, validation, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to excel in a dynamic, hands-on engineering setting.
Additional Information
Experience from participation in student rocket projects and aerospace sectors is highly advantageous.
