Role Overview

The Proposal Assistant I is responsible for supporting the preparation of proposals by coordinating various elements to ensure timely and accurate submission within deadlines. This role involves handling case files, verifying data accuracy, generating reports, and collaborating with underwriting teams to facilitate seamless processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply foundational knowledge regarding VB products.
• Receive and organize requests, establish case files, and ensure information accuracy.
• Generate necessary reports and coordinate with underwriting teams for review.
• Examine existing processes, procedures, and forms to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Have up to one year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Compensation and Benefits

This role’s salary range, based on the corporate location in Lake Forest, Illinois, is $19.36 to $27.97 per hour. Final salary offers consider factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. The position may also qualify for bonuses.
