Proposal Advisor

About the Role

Join GHD in Queensland as a Proposal Advisor where you'll play a key part in delivering winning proposals. This role involves managing the full proposal process from beginning to submission in support of the Pursuits & Proposals team. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to create high-impact submissions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities across Queensland, managing documentation processes from start through submission.
• Develop and oversee action plans for proposals to ensure timely and focused preparation.
• Assist in crafting compelling proposal presentations.
• Collaborate with technical writers to ensure proposal content is targeted, relevant, and well-structured.
• Maintain and enhance internal knowledge databases, content libraries, and proposal management systems.
• Uphold corporate branding standards by producing visually appealing and polished response documents.
• Drive continuous improvement of bid processes by integrating lessons learned for better outcomes.
• Work closely with Market Leaders, Relationship Managers, and technical teams to coordinate proposal production.
• Support special projects including AI initiatives and knowledge management efforts.
• Provide mentoring and buddy support to colleagues performing Direct Workshare roles.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years’ experience in a similar role within professional services or corporate settings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced capabilities.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and print-quality graphic production is a plus but not mandatory.
• Capable of leveraging AI technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and adapt by seeking challenges and experimenting.
• Proactively anticipates and prioritizes client needs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Builds trust by bringing authenticity and valuing contributions from others, fostering confidence in relationships.
