Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations related to premium collections for MediShield Life and CareShield Life/ElderShield schemes, ensuring precise forecasting and timely fund transfers.
• Collaborate with the Ministry of Health (MOH) on reviewing policies related to premium collection, driving the complete implementation of changes including public communications, legislative updates, system testing, and post-implementation evaluations.
• Partner with both internal teams and external stakeholders to conduct operational reviews and spearhead initiatives for improving efficiency through process optimization and automation.
• Conduct data analysis to inform customer-centric outreach strategies and support sustainable program outcomes.

Employment Term and Opportunities
