Job description

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee and ensure the successful execution of significant construction projects throughout County Kerry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects starting from the pre-construction phase through to the final handover.
  • Lead and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and consulting professionals.
  • Drive the project schedule, financial targets, and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with clients and various stakeholders.
  • Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards at all stages of the project.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing construction projects effectively.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects within construction.
  • Hands-on experience with in-situ concrete frame projects is mandatory.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and communication skills.
