Project Management Assistant

About the Role

The Smart Local (TSL) Media Group is looking for a Project Management Assistant to oversee campaign and proposal activities. This role suits individuals with strong communication skills, precision, and an enthusiasm for the media industry.

By joining this position, you will gain hands-on experience in managing campaigns and coordinating with influencers.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with teams from Sales, Creative, and Editorial departments to ensure timely delivery of campaigns meeting top quality standards.
• Assist Project Managers in creating and maintaining project timelines.
• Collect and analyze data from content teams to provide initial insights for campaign renewals.
• Verify the accuracy of performance data reported via the IRN tool and liaise with technical teams to resolve any issues.
• Support in drafting campaign briefs that clearly outline the business challenges and relevant background for team alignment.
• Help prepare marketing campaigns, proposals, presentations, and coordinate events.

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Degree in Business, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Possesses a strong understanding of new media, digital publishing, and social media landscapes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• A collaborative team player capable of fostering strong professional relationships.
• Displays excellent interpersonal aptitude alongside analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and pleasant demeanor representing the company positively at all times.
• Detail-oriented with a keen sense for trending topics and content quality.
• Available to commit to a minimum 20-week (5 months) internship period.
