Role Overview

As a Program Manager at Solventum, you will have the chance to harness your curiosity by working alongside diverse and pioneering professionals worldwide. You will lead and organize project teams from conception through delivery, employing an outcomes-based agile methodology. Collaborating with product owners, technical and security teams, and senior leaders, you will define project objectives, success metrics, and manage schedules ensuring timely progress and addressing risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams using agile methodologies to deliver projects aligned with defined goals.
• Establish success criteria and use data-driven metrics to assess program ROI.
• Plan and monitor project schedules with milestone tracking and report progress to stakeholders at various levels.
• Evaluate project status continuously and collaborate to adjust scope, timelines, or resources as needed, raising issues appropriately.
• Communicate detailed updates to teams and executive summaries to senior management.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and guide mitigation efforts.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships across departments and leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution plus at least 5 years of program or project management experience, OR
• High school diploma with a minimum of 9 years of equivalent project or program management experience.
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools like Excel, JIRA, or MS Project.
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights effectively.
• Experience applying Agile best practices in managing projects.
• Track record of successfully achieving program objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Background in leading process improvement initiatives.

Additional Details

• Location: Remote, with Alpharetta, GA as a preferred base.
• Travel: May require up to 10% domestic travel.
• Relocation assistance is not provided.
• Employment eligibility: Must have legal authorization to work in country without visa sponsorship.
• New hires are required to attend in-person onboarding at a designated company site; travel expenses will be covered by the company.
• Compensation ranges from $107,600 to $147,950 annually including base salary and possible variable incentive pay; benefits cover medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability, life insurance, paid absences, and retirement savings.
