Job Summary

The Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of related client delivery projects as an integrated program, ensuring coordinated management of dependencies, resource allocation, and achievement of comprehensive program outcomes. This senior leadership role coordinates multiple concurrent projects under a unified governance model, manages high-level client relationships strategically, and ensures integrated value delivery. The position collaborates closely with the PMO Manager, delivery directors, and Chief Delivery Officer to maintain program visibility and ensure successful multi-stream engagement delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, interdependent programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies such as waterfall, agile, and hybrids.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
  • Proficiency with program management and reporting tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • Experience managing sizable budgets and resource pools across concurrent workstreams.
  • Background in fintech, capital markets, or financial services technology delivery is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
