Role Overview

This part-time, remote position is for a Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst at GrowVia Mind. The role involves supporting the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of programs and projects to ensure they align with the organizations strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and track project portfolios and update project dashboards regularly.
• Coordinate project timelines and document risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams to support program activities.
• Prepare status reports and presentations to communicate progress and insights effectively.
• Assist in refining PMO standards and processes to enhance project delivery quality.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within program performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, recognize trends, and facilitate informed decisions.
• Experience in program management to manage multiple initiatives and maintain alignment with strategic goals.
• Proficiency in project and portfolio management to plan, prioritize, and monitor projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders, produce clear reports, and deliver presentations.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or related tools, alongside productivity applications like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting, manage time efficiently, and juggle multiple responsibilities.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational aptitude, and a methodical approach to documentation and process enhancement.
• Educational background in business, project management, data analysis, or related disciplines is advantageous; certifications in project or program management are desirable.
