Professional Product Division Haircare Trainer

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional trainer for the professional hair products division, based in the southern region. This role involves delivering on-site training sessions in L'Oréal Professional salons, combining practical and online teaching methods to diverse groups of hairstylists.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on and virtual training sessions, including live demonstrations to varied audiences of hairstylists.
• Develop professional educational content for social media platforms.
• Operate effectively within a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Meet set targets, adhere to work schedules, and maintain regular reporting through various systems.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in professional haircare, with expertise in hair chemistry such as bleaching, toning, and coloring, at a high instructional level.
• Proven skill in delivering engaging face-to-face training, managing audience interactions, and handling objections.
• Strong proficiency in clear writing and effective message delivery.
• Experience with social media content creation and management.
• Proficient with Office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Passion for working with people.
