Production Supervisor

Overview

Shri Hari Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations within their factory in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves overseeing production processes, managing the workforce, and ensuring timely and quality output. Candidates with basic English skills who can communicate in Hindi are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily production activities to facilitate seamless factory workflow.
• Supervise employee attendance, productivity levels, and maintain discipline among staff.
• Effectively assign tasks to optimize workforce utilization and meet production targets.
• Guarantee that the manufacturing outputs adhere to quality standards and schedules.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot operational challenges to reduce downtime.
• Keep accurate records of daily production data, personnel attendance, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all workplace safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed.
• Work with management to enhance production efficiency and streamline processes.

Requirements

• Candidate age between 20 and 40 years.
• Must be male.
• Minimum education level: completion of 12th grade.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi preferred.
• At least one year of experience in production supervision or related roles.
• Strong skills in communication, staff supervision, attendance management, and production control.
• Familiarity with industrial production and workforce utilization methods.
