Role Summary

We are recruiting dependable Production Operators to join our nightshift team. In this position, you will play a vital role in overseeing production processes during overnight hours. Your focus on detail and commitment to standards will support delivery of exceptional potato products. Working Hours and Compensation

The shift runs from 8 PM to 4 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with starting pay at £12.71 per hour plus extra compensation for working night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production machinery and monitor activities to ensure effective processing of potato products throughout the night shift
• Follow established safety and quality protocols to maintain a secure and efficient work environment
• Inspect products before packaging to verify they meet company quality criteria
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on production equipment to sustain operational performance
• Record production data accurately and communicate any problems promptly to the shift supervisor
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operational flow and resolve challenges
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills related to production tasks

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production, ideally within the food sector
• Strong attention to detail ensuring compliance with product quality and safety standards
• Good communication skills to support effective teamwork
• Basic mechanical skills to assist with equipment upkeep
• Availability and willingness to work night shifts as scheduled
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting while strictly adhering to safety procedures
