Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product preparedness spanning hardware, software, testing, and deployment phases.
• Synchronize multidisciplinary teams to maintain schedules for intricate product development ventures.
• Conduct practical user testing and ensure product performance meets real-world demands.
• Develop comprehensive deployment playbooks, testing guidelines, operational workflows, and necessary documentation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and operational risks to secure successful client implementations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of five years' experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Product Development, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated experience with hardware-centric products like wearables, consumer electronics, connected gadgets, or medical devices.
• Strong technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering counterparts and drive project execution.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects from conception through deployment.
• Adaptability to fast-moving startup settings, with capability to establish foundational processes.
• Background in product development consultancies such as M3 Design, Mixer Design, IDEO, or frog is advantageous.
