Role Overview

We seek a Product Operations Expert to be a pivotal contributor to scalable and results-oriented product management efforts. This position involves bridging product, data, technology, and business functions by creating and refining frameworks that enable product teams to operate efficiently and intelligently across locations including Berlin, Baden-Baden, or Verl with flexible working options.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance product operations standards, governance, and workflows to ensure scalable and aligned execution.
• Support product managers in business collection units with structuring roadmaps, defining measurable success criteria, and elevating daily execution quality through frameworks, documentation, and tool management.
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards, product-focused metrics, and OKR reporting in collaboration with data and product teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze and resolve bottlenecks in product processes, introducing automation and tooling enhancements, including AI-powered solutions.
• Work closely with product managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to maintain transparent communication, uphold governance standards, and provide visibility into roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Continuously gather stakeholder feedback to refine operational processes and scale product practices that drive significant business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in product operations or product management roles.
• Demonstrated experience aiding product teams within technology-driven or product-centric organizations, knowledgeable in methodologies such as dual-track agile and outcome-focused roadmaps.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing dashboards, KPIs, and structured process workflows.
• Excellent communication skills able to convert strategy into actionable plans while thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to developing standardized and scalable operational processes.
• Proficient in English and German (minimum C1 level); knowledge of an additional European language, preferably Nordic, is advantageous.
