About the Role
A renowned global information and technology company is seeking a Product Manager II to lead key product capabilities within an AI-driven legal technology suite. This role demands ownership across the entire product lifecycle, focused on generating measurable value for both customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of specified product functions from idea generation and discovery through to launch, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Interact directly with customers to uncover unmet needs, validate problems, and discover new opportunities.
- Craft and prioritize the product roadmap based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, commercial impact, strategic goals, and technological feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data analytics, and commercial teams to transform customer challenges into valuable product solutions.
- Establish and track metrics to define product success, leveraging analytics and experimental approaches to steer decision-making.
- Contribute to the formulation of product strategies, business cases, detailed plans, and roadmaps.
- Conduct thorough customer, market, competitive, and commercial analyses to assist informed product choices.
- Coordinate product launches and ongoing adoption efforts in partnership with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams.
- Communicate clearly across teams and leadership regarding product priorities, decisions, compromises, and progress status.
- Drive the development of AI-enhanced research, drafting, workflow, and productivity tools.
- Spot chances to enrich legal content integration within digital product experiences to enhance user value.
Candidate Profile
- A proven track record with 4 to 6 years in product management or a related function.
- Experienced in managing product capabilities or features throughout discovery, launch, and optimization stages.
- History of delivering tangible customer and business results through product initiatives.
- Competent in developing product plans, business cases, requirement specifications, and roadmap prioritization.
- Strong customer orientation with analytical thinking, commercial insight, and organizational adeptness.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders through effective communication and alignment.
- Comfortable making product decisions based on customer data and insights.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity or experience in legal technology, content management, information services, or similar technology sectors is an advantage.
